ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a telemarketer for Cameron Garcia State Farm, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your ability to communicate to new and current customers is vital to a successful office. A majority of time will be prospecting and setting appointments for the sales team.

In this position you will gain valuable knowledge to grow in this office and your professional career. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
  • Learn about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
