"Elissa was a complete trooper she stuck it out for 2hrs 6min on the phone with me making sure I understood everything. I was looking to switch from a bigger named insurance company because of the outrageous deductible I was having to pay in order to afford coverage. Then 2 weeks ago they totaled my truck that I have had paid off for over 3 years taking that high deductible out of the pay off put me in a position to have to buy a vehicle that comes no where near the quality or dependability and piece of mind that truck gave me being single father. By the end of the 2hr phone session I went from just vehicle to getting my harley full coverage as well as my home and added accidental death policy for the price I was currently paying for just the truck.
